The location was great - close to eateries and a stadium. The hotel rooms were functional with extras squeezed in, well priced. Friendly service offered in this venue.

Uncomfortably warm and humid room with inadequate ventilation!!! Single-glazed windows allowed for outside noise!!! Parking pricey with small spots!!! Shower temperature inconsistency was a nuisance!!!

We had a such wonderful stay for a Wellington vacation.
Bathroom was tiled and the room was a decent size. The most important was the staff - super-friendly and affable people. The setting was excellent, next to Close to cable car, supermarkets, and oriental beach and the botanical gardens. It also was in the busiest area...

I liked that it was close to Lambton Quay for the shopping and that we could access it through City Life or Whitcoullls. It is also close to the Cable Car which was great. It was fantastic that both units we had booked were opposite each other. Thanks for arranging that.
I stayed in unit 315 (left hand side unit at end of hall) which has a dripping leak in the toilet which was a bit annoying.

great amenities but some room discomfort
The spacious Queen Apartment was great with a fully equipped kitchenette, allowing me to prepare meals easily. Free Wi-Fi and access to a nearby gym were highlights. Staff were professional and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions, significantly enhancing my visit. I really appreciated having in-room laundry options, which saved me a lot of time and hassle during my two-night stay.

Pleasant and fairly clean place to stay in, it has very very nice staff who was standing in for main receptionist. A nice restaurant for drinks and or dinner is available.

A fabulous stay with a cozy King apartment with great amenities. The location offered easy access to shopping and sights, while the comfy bed and smart TV added a modern touch. Still, a fantastic bargain for city explorers!

The room was very quiet. It was on the third floor and I never heard any other guests. Although the view was out over a car park, it still felt private and when I closed the curtains at night it became my own little world.
The area around the ground floor lift had an unpleasant smell. This disappeared once inside the lift and off upstairs. The receptionist made several mistakes in the check in and out process; in particular when I checked out she tried to charge me when I had already paid by credit card at the time of on line reservation. Even though I pointed this out she still put a charge through, printed the receipt and handed it to me to check. Just as well she did this because it showed up not as mine but as some other customer in some other room. So she had charged his credit card without him knowing. She had also charged for one night and I had stayed for two nights. I would still recommend this hotel, just be sure to check all documents and details when checking in/out.

The layout, comfort and cleanliness of the aprtment.
The broken washing machine in the apartment and the very negative attitude of the general manager to our compliant about that machine. I shall write to you at length on this matter on our return home in November.

We booked 3 rooms. 2 of the rooms were on the top floor and were excellent. All 3 rooms were spotlessly clean. Linen was of good quality and the utilities such as cook top, convection oven and washer/ dryer were very good quality also. Situated only a short walk to the water front and museum. Parking was also very easy. The 3rd room was on the ground floor. The only thing letting this room down was that it did smell a little damp. Staff did address this however and managed to freshen the room up considerable in a short period of time. Over all an excellent facility maintained to a high standard.
